Shipping policy
Every Octavia Rose piece is made by hand, so please allow a little time for your order to be prepared with care.
Dispatch times
- Ready to wear pieces: dispatched within 1–3 working days.
- Made to order pieces: please allow the lead time shown on the product page, usually up to 4–6 weeks, before dispatch.
You’ll receive an email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
UK delivery
UK orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24. Delivery costs are shown at checkout.
International delivery
International orders are sent by DHL Express with full tracking. We currently ship to the EU, the USA, Canada, Australia, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway, the UAE, Oman and Jordan.
Duties and taxes
For international orders, all import duties and taxes are included in the price you pay at checkout. We pay them on your behalf, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery. Delivery times exclude any delay at customs.
Christmas delivery
To receive your order before Christmas, please order by:
- UK: Thursday 17th December
- International: Tuesday 15th December
- Made to order pieces may not arrive in time for Christmas, so please get in touch first.
Lost or damaged parcels
Parcels are your responsibility once they have been delivered to the address you provided. If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive, please email hello@octavia-rose.com within 7 days and we’ll help.
