Refund policy

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please email hello@octavia-rose.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please note: We do not accept returns or exchanges of earrings due to hygiene reasons and or bespoke, made to order, 9ct gold and sterling silver pieces with a lead time.

We do not offer free returns labels, we recommend sending returns by recorded delivery as they are your responsibility until they reach us, please retain proof of postage.

Once we have received and checked the return, refunds will be credited to the original payment card used upon order, shipping costs are non-refundable.

International returns: import duties and taxes included in your order total have already been paid to customs on your behalf and are non-refundable. Any handling fees charged to us when your return arrives in the UK will also be deducted, so your refund will be the price of the item minus these duties, taxes and fees.
