If you wish to return or exchange an item, please email hello@octavia-rose.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please note: We do not accept returns or exchanges of earrings due to hygiene reasons and or bespoke, made to order, 9ct gold and sterling silver pieces with a lead time.
We do not offer free returns labels, we recommend sending returns by recorded delivery as they are your responsibility until they reach us, please retain proof of postage.
