TERMS OF SALE

By ordering with us you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Purchases are charged at the time the order is placed. Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email. This email will only be an acknowledgment and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved. By submitting an order through our site, you are confirming that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct.All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or does not for any reason, authorise payment then you will be notified of this at the check-out stage, or shortly after placing your order. Don’t worry, if there’s an issue with an order, we’ll get in touch with you.

CHANGES TO PRICES/SERVICES

Our prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue our service without notice at any time.

UNACCEPTED ORDERS BY US

If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this in writing via email and will refund you for the product/s as soon as possible. This could be due to insufficient stock or we’ve noticed an error on the product price, description or photography.

BESPOKE ORDERS

All of our made to order products are non refundable. However, if your item is faulty, you must notify us in writing at hello@octavia-rose.com within 7 days of receiving your parcel. We we would require an image showing the faulty, or damaged area as proof. We will then be able to replace the item with a new bespoke lead time.

ORDER AMENDMENTS

We are unable to make changes to your order after you have placed it. Please therefore make sure you are happy with your choice before you click 'Complete Order'.

PROMOTIONAL VOUCHER CODES

Promotional voucher codes may, if valid, be used against a purchase subject to the terms and conditions detailed on the voucher. However, only one voucher code or other promotional offer or discount can be used on any one order. We have the right to refuse or cancel any order which has mistakenly been discounted with more than one voucher code or other promotional offers. You will be issued a full refund for any order cancelled under this clause.

DELIVERY

The costs of delivery will be as displayed to you on our website when you checkout. You will receive an email confirmation of shipment to your supplied delivery address along with a tracking number where applicable.Dispatch times may vary according to availability, bespoke leads times and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays for which we will not be responsible.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY - NON-UK

We take responsibility for shipping the product to the delivery address provided by you. All shipping time frames given at checkout exclude any additional time needed for customs clearance. The buyer (you) is responsible for import clearance and any applicable local taxes or import duties.

UNACCEPTED DELIVERIES BY YOU

If no one is available at your address to take delivery and the products cannot be posted through your letterbox, the courier will leave you a note informing you of how to rearrange delivery or collect the products from a local depot.If you miss the timeframe in which you have been instructed to collect your parcel, it might be returned to the sender (us). It can take up to 4 weeks for an international return to reach our Customer Care team. Once it has been received, we will notify you by telephone and email to organise a redelivery - you will need to pay for additional postage costs. If the team is unsuccessful in reaching you and/or you don't respond within 7 days, you will be issued with an automatic refund (excluding postage costs), of which you will be notified via email.
