If you wish to return or exchange an item, please email hello@octavia-rose.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please note: We do not accept returns or exchanges of earrings due to hygiene reasons and or bespoke/made to order pieces.
We recommend sending returns by recorded delivery as they are your responsibility until they reach us, please retain proof of postage.

Octavia went out of her way to ensure the beautiful Anne Boleyn 9ct gold B necklace was delivered, fully hall marked, in time for a very special birthday celebrated with friends, in one of Europe’s most beautiful cities. Online delivery time was given as 4 to 6 weeks but in the event the necklace was delivered within two weeks.
